Brunello Di Montalcino;Brunello Di Montalcino is the most prestigious Italian wine, well-known all over the world. Exclusively made from Sangiovese grapes. These are picked in the Montalcino area from the end of September to mid October. The juice is fermented along with the grape skins from two to three weeks in stainless steel tanks and then aged for four years, of which two and a half are in oak barrels. Robust, savory and velvety with a nose of red fruit, vanilla and spices. Barolo;Aged in 100% barriques and bottled with neither fining nor frustration, it is a full-bodied, rich structured garnet/ruby-coloured wine offering an emerging bouquet of rose petals, cherries, leather, spice box and tobacco. Powerful concentrated pure dense and moderately tannic it is not as flashy and precocious as many of its peers but is unquestionably a classic.
