These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Perfect Rewards Ltd. (Perfect Rewards) and any person, firm or company (the Purchaser) placing an order online with Perfect Rewards for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (the Goods). Perfect Rewards by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Perfect Rewards web site and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Perfect Rewards stated herein. These Terms of Use apply to any and all use of this web site. By accessing and using this web site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. We may make alterations to these Terms of Use from time to time and these variations shall become effective immediately upon being accessible from this web site. 1. PRICE Prices for Goods include Perfect Rewards standard packaging, VAT, where applicable (VAT No: 859 7278 58) and postage or carriage. 2. SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT Perfect Rewards provides a secure payment system by utilising the services Google Checkout for all online payments. The on-line checkout process is based around SSL data encryption and all areas where credit card details are given during the ordering process are secure and encrypted. Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. 3. RETENTION OF TITLE Property in the Goods shall not pass until the full amount has been paid. 4. DELIVERY Perfect Rewards will make every effort to despatch orders to arrive on your requested delivery date. The standard prices listed on the web site include a Next Day delivery service within the UK mainland (Monday to Friday only). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and outside the UK mainland will be between 2-5 days, depending upon the destination. The carrier will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home the carrier will leave a card with written instructions asking them to contact their local depot to arrange a convenient delivery date. If there has been no response within 3 working days Perfect Rewards will be notified of the situation. If Perfect Rewards is unable to rectify the problem, having tried to make contact with the Purchaser, then the Goods will be returned to Perfect Rewards. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods again at twice the original cost, since Perfect Rewards will have incurred a return charge by the carrier. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need to be replaced. The Purchaser can contact Perfect Rewards for an upgraded UK delivery service, (Next Morning, Saturdays). The extra charges will be quoted on request. Orders for Christmas must be received by Perfect Rewards NO LATER than the last Monday in November. 5. CANCELLATIONS The Purchaser can cancel an order prior to despatch or within 7 working days of receipt of Goods by Telephone +44 (0)1623 651 800, Fax +44 (0)1623 621551 or Email sales@perfectrewards.co.uk stating the (Order Acknowledgement) reference number which is automatically emailed to the Purchaser on receipt of the online order by Perfect Rewards. The Purchasers credit card will be refunded by Perfect Rewards for the full amount within 2 working days if the Goods have not been despatched. If, within 7 working days of receipt of Goods, the Purchaser wishes to cancel the contract, the Goods must be returned to Perfect Rewards, 59 Littleworth, Mansfield, Notts. NG18 2SQ, whereupon the Purchasers credit card will be refunded by Perfect Rewards for the full amount within 2 working days. 6. COMPLAINTS/CUSTOMER SERVICE The Purchaser should inform Perfect Rewards immediately of any problems by email sales@perfectrewards.co.uk . On receipt of a complaint, Perfect Rewards will contact the customer to confirm exact details within 5 working days. If the complaint is with a product, then we will offer a product replacement, or a full refund. If the complaint is not a product complaint, then Perfect Rewards will endeavour to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We keep the consumer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals. All complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner. Perfect Rewards opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. 7. DAMAGED GOODS If the Goods are damaged the Recipient/Purchaser should contact Perfect Rewards within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to Perfect Rewards, 59 Littleworth, Mansfield, Notts. NG18 2SQ suitably packaged. Perfect Rewards will replace or refund the items concerned. 8. SUBSTITUTIONS Perfect Rewards reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable. 9. ALCOHOL No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive goods from Perfect Rewards if the goods contain alcohol. 10. FORCE MAJEUREPerfect Rewards will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch/arrival date. Perfect Rewards shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to securing necessary export licences, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots. 11. ONLINE PRESENCE No warranty is given by Perfect Rewards that their web site will be constantly online or free of defects and errors at any time. 12. PRIVACY POLICYPerfect Rewards are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to any other trusted traders. The type of information we will collect about you includes: We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We use technology to enable on-line ordering & to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a cookie which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, although you will not be able to use the on-line ordering procedure. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. To make your shopping process easier we hold your details on our server so that we remember you each time you visit the site. However we do not store your credit card details after we have processed your order.
